Privacy policy

Precise Media AB · Last updated 6 September 2026

Spiritfate is an online game. To run it we have to keep some data about you on our servers. This page says what that data is, why we keep it, and how to get rid of it. It is written to be read, not to be scrolled past.

What we collect

What we do not do

Who else sees it

Our servers are hosted by a cloud provider in the European Union. Payments go through Valve (Steam), Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) under their own privacy policies. Town chat is mirrored to Discord under Discord's policy. Nobody else receives your data unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

For as long as your account exists. Server logs are rotated within 90 days. Chat messages are not stored beyond what is needed to deliver them, apart from the copy that lands in the public Discord.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and everything attached to it. Deleting an account removes your characters, items, market listings and purchase entitlements; it cannot be undone. Under the GDPR you may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

Spiritfate is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will remove it.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will say so in the game and on the Discord before it takes effect.
